Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your email address when you join our Early Access list. Optionally, you may also provide your role (e.g. prop trader, retail trader), country, and a promotional code. We also automatically collect: the language version of the site you are using, your country derived from your IP address (we do not store your IP address itself), the page or campaign that referred you to our site (UTM parameters and referrer URL), the time you submitted the form, the versions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use that were in effect at the time of your submission, and whether you have opted in to receive product updates and feedback requests. We do not collect financial data, trading account details, or any other personal information at this stage.

Why we collect it

We use your email to notify you when early access opens and, if you have separately opted in, to send occasional product updates and requests for feedback. Role, country, promotional code, and referral data help us understand our audience and how they found us. The timestamp, policy versions, and consent status are recorded to document the basis of your consent as required by applicable law. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing or sell it to anyone.

How it's stored

Your data is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. and processed through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) for email communications. Both act as data processors on our behalf under their respective security and privacy standards. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area. By submitting the form, you acknowledge this transfer.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or request that we delete your data by contacting us at admin@mywarner.app. You may withdraw your consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) applies, you also have the right to access, correct, restrict processing of, or erase your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention

We keep your email only for as long as the project is active or until you ask us to remove it.
